Our Founder
About Lisa Olver
Our Founder and President Lisa Olver has been providing crane inspections and crane operator training since 1992, working on a variety of material handling equipment and rigging. She is an independent Auditor for the Standards Council of Canada, and volunteers as the Vice Chair to the CSA B167 Overhead Crane Standard, Sub-committee Chair on the ASME B30-14 Side-boom/Pipelayer Standard, CSA Liaison to the ASME B30 Standards Committee.
She has worked with Work Safe BC regarding Hoisting and rigging legislation and the adoption of National & International Standards into the provincial legislation and WCB, and is experienced in maintaining COR Compliance. Courseware she has written has been audited and verified to be in compliance with to the applicable National & International Standards as well a Provincial Regulations for Western Canada.
