We provide training for all of the following types of lifting equiment:

6.) Overhead Cranes – Electric/Pneumatic/Manual Operation
7.) Monorails and Jib Crane – With Hoists and Trollies; Electric/Pneumatic/Manual Operation
8.) Gantry Cranes – Track mounted/Locking Wheels; Electric/Pneumatic/Manual Operation
9.) Fork-Lift Trucks – Sit down counterbalance/Stand-up Narrow Isle; Electric/Internal Combustion.
10.) Telehandlers – With Several Attachments and configurations (AKA Zoom-booms)
11.) Front End Loaders – Track/Wheels, articulating body/non-articulating, Multiple Attachments

17.) Rigging:


Level 1 – Basic Rigger
Knowledge for rigging simple loads to cranes and other lifting Equipment with the use of Slings, Shackles, eyebolts and basic lifting beams and frames.
Operator Communication; Hand Signals or Radio use.
Incorporates ASME B30.5, B30.10. B30.22 B30.26 Safety Standards
Inspection, Proper usage, maintenance and storage.

Level 2 – Advanced Rigger
Knowledge for rigging loads using Cranes and Other Lifting Devices.
More Complex lifts with two cranes (Tandem Lifts) sharing the load with a lifting Beam.
Tailing a load with another piece of mobile equipment.
Advanced Calculations of Loads, Load Capacity. Capacity Reducing Factors, Lifting Slings
Tension calculations and capacities.
Completed Critical Lift Plans and work with Lift Director and Crane Operator.
Hoisting Humans
Level 3– Advanced Rigger
Level 1 & 2 Pre-requisites: Knowledge for moving all types of loads in all types of environments and conditions with or with out Mobile Cranes or Overhead Cranes.
Will have the ability to calculate load and lead lines for using high lines with snatch blocks and manual hoists and trollies.
